The Postgraduate diploma in hotel management is designed for entrepreneurs and managers of the hotel industry wishing to acquire the skills to become successful hotel managers. 

EHL-Swiss-Professional-Degree

Federal recognition: This diploma is the only one in the industry recognized by the Swiss Confederation at the higher professional school (HF) level.

Admission Requirements

  • Completion of a higher professional school, a vocational qualification or a higher technical qualification.
  • 3 or 4 years of management experience at division level.
  • Practitioners without a corresponding degree can be admitted based on documented management experience at division level and a successful assessment.
  • Interested persons with foreign qualifications can be admitted following the verification of their diploma equivalence or following a successful individual assessment.

The costs include the four modules, the examination fee, the one-time registration fee, the supervision of the diploma thesis, access to Teams, cultural events, the diploma and the graduation ceremony.

  • Seminar fee:

CHF 12’000.- to CHF 13'000.-

Financial Aid

Program participants whose company is subject to the L-GAV at the time of registration may benefit from the financial support of the L-GAV. In addition, the employer may receive compensation for loss of earnings in the form of per diem.
Funds are limited. There is no inherent right to receive subsidies.
